 Standard options are as follows; 4x4 pressure treated skids, 2x6 pressure treated floor joists, 3/4 sub-floor, 1ft overhangs, 16in OC studs, Double Top Plates, 2x6 rafters*,  5/8th roof sheets, Primed ready to paint siding and trim, 36in steel door, Installed on your site. We can get buildings in locations most can't. These are not a kit.

*Slant shed's have a 2x6 rafter for 8ft wide buildings, 10ft and 12ft wide buildings have a 2x8 rafter. 

Standard is typically 12x16 or 10x20, but we can go larger (including garages)

Yes, we offer a range of accessories including , skylights, shelving, and more. Our team can help you choose the right accessories for your shed.

Standard roof pitch on gables are a 5/12, slants come standard with a 3/12.

We need about 2ft of clear space around the buildings and about 6-8in of being with-in level. We can accommodate most sites but need to be told ahead of time. 

The buildings come primed and ready to paint. We can offer painting, but most clients realize that is something they can do and save some money. 

Yes, our crews need a power source. We can bring a generator if power is not available for a added cost. 

The smaller sheds and less complex about a day, the bigger sheds or buildings with a ton of options can take up to 2-3 days. 

In general no, if the building is within 200 sqft of size. But we can deal with permits and plans if need be. 

No it is not if the project is in WA. If in Idaho, no sales tax is added to the cost.

Yes, we do Garages, Additions and Remodels. 

The standard wall height is just shy of 8ft, to the peaks can be another 2-3ft taller. 

We accept cash, checks or credit cards.

We also offer financing if you were interested in that as-well.
